Empatho-Entropy: Dacia, through her ability to perceive emotions, can amplify and use the energy that created those brainwaves to create her own brand of psychic power. She can use this to amp up the abilities of herself, others, or Pokémon. The more intense the emotions she feels, the more energy she can produce. Notably, she seems to be able to draw emotional energy from large groups of people/Pokémon much more effectively than a few, or even herself.

Psychic Healing: Liam can mend the wounds of Pokémon and people alike by extending his very willpower into their bodies. This can take awhile, especially for more severe injuries, ranging from one minute to days for someone to fully heal from a wound. He typically needs to touch any wound to be healed.

Psychic Healing: Liam has learned how to change the form of his psychic energy. He can make it eat away at targets or form it into a barrier for allies. Notably, his barriers can protect against any attack their level, but break after reducing damage from anything one rank above. Two ranks above, and they're just plain blown away. His attacks can damage little-by-little, so prolonged exposure can be detrimental to anyone.

Knowledge (MOUT):
Very nearly all of the operations that Vincent has taken part in were conducted in urban settings. Fighting street by street, house by house, room by room is second nature now, and Vincent uses this strength to surprise and overwhelm his enemies with lightning speed and intensity. Situations for which Vincent does not have an answer are an increasingly rare occurrence.

Everything looks to be in order, for the Genetically Engineered Psionic, if you could make a bullet list in it and list the power level of the ability at hand, rather than saying it varies, we can do that and you won't have to write out a massive list of all the psychic powers when they're all base abilities. So like:

----And so on. I feel this will save you a headache, since all these powers operate on the standard descriptions above and you listed her specialized abilities in bulk already. :3

Aura Perception
This ability allows Red to sense the aura in each and every individual, even when completely blinded. Years of becoming accustomed to this has enabled Red to see the Aura in others even at great depth – as evidenced when he viewed the aura of others through a wall in the raid at the Silken Skitty. (See Priority Shift.)

Aura Projection
Aura Projection is precisely that, a projection of auric abilities outward in a concentrated attack form. He is capable of focusing his aura into attacks, and defensive barriers, if necessary. He is learning, but is still not as experienced with the traditional form of projection, as he is with the fusion method he uses.

Aura Fusion
Red utilizes this ability in conjunction with certain Pokémon attacks to strengthen the base attack methods far beyond normal. He’s used this to punch holes through solid stone and steel. Unfortunately, this is detrimental to both himself, and his Pokémon, usually causing them to faint. They allow this with absolute trust, because Red always has and always will take exceptional care of them to ensure it never goes too far, even at the height of anger. This is also draining on him, and he exercises the ability with great restraint, knowing that using it too many times will eventually take such a toll on him, he will likely die.

Aura Telepathy
This allows Red the ability to read the minds and actions, and therefore intent of others. This is of great benefit to him during his Pokémon duels, though he does not read direct thoughts, instead preferring to read mood and intent, and act accordingly. He can use this ability to brush the mind of psychic users, but otherwise, he cannot use this telepathy to reach out to the minds of other individuals.

Aura Tracking
Using the power of his own aura, so long as he has been exposed to the aura of another, Red is later capable of tracking that user based on their unique aura. He cannot do this over exceptionally great distances, but tracking where someone has been recently is rather easy. This only works with other active aura users, because it requires that inherent expenditure of power to make them easier to follow.

Weapon Proficiency: Swords
After the events at the Silken Skitty, Red is slowly training, with Giselle’s assistance, in using a blade. He is capable of very little in terms of flashy moves, and is slowly attempting to get better, using practice swords, of course. The man uses no specific style of swordsmanship, but prefers a more western fighting style than an eastern one, using raw power, rather than finesse.

"Fiore Ciel DeLuca"
 
Telepathic Suggestion (Mind Control) Ciel's ability is unique in that he forces others to focus on, worship and even love him, with his psychic abilities. This ability will obviously not work on other psychics stronger than he is, and people with a strong will have the ability to resist.

This ability takes two specific individual forms, with the first giving him the ability to instruct others to love him, in varying degrees, and influencing their minds until he becomes what essentially could be defined as the focus of their world.

The second is a much darker and more sinister focus, and his capricious and sometimes malicious nature leads towards him using these abilities to force others to his bidding, even going so far as to order them to kill themselves or others. It is this ability that manifested last, and is what he ultimately used to arrange the demise of his parents.

"Nouhime"
 
Elemental Attribute - Poison

Combat Training
Nōhime was trained in several fighting styles, what made her the perfect choice as an assassin for Nobunaga. Besides her beauty and wit as weapons, Nōhime is flexible in battle and extensively skilled in martial arts, she is capable of adapting quickly to changes in fighting style and differing tactics with ease. She is capable with the sword, claws, the use of bombs, and guns. She is also skilled with the use of the tantō, though she reserves that skill specifically for her bouts with Nobunaga. Nōhime is fairly adept with any weapon she picks up with the intention to use, improvising on the fly as she needs to, though she has no practical experience with spears or staves in general.

Poison
Nōhime uses a number of different poisons both along her blades and on her claws. She has been regularly taking small doses of venom over the years and has built up an extreme tolerance to all of the various poisons she had access to prior to death. Obviously a lot has changed and she has a great deal of catching up to do, though she can turn just about any substance poisonous. As an elemental master of poison, Nōhime is no longer threatened by any poisonous substance, but can, within moments, identify if poison is present in a substance. If pressed, she can slicken her skin with a venomous substance, making touching her quite lethal. She has been known to torment Nobunaga in this fashion in the past, treating her lips and parts of her skin with venom just to see him in agony at her touch.

Extra Skill
This ability increases the chances of any Pokémon Nōhime controls having any special effects they use last for three extra turns.

Devil Fang
Femme fatale is not a term used for Nōhime out of jest. This ability saps the will to attack from any male she is fighting. Male Pokémon and male trainers find their attack reduced considerably in battle against her. This has no effect on females, unless the females are also inclined towards females - something Nōhime will not hesitate to take advantage of.

"Musashi"
 
Weapon Proficiency: Whip
Her whip, it should be noted, was made from the shed skin of Karait, her Seviper, and is quite well balanced. She carries this whip at her side at all times, and can use it with enough accuracy to split a falling leaf in half with the sharpened thing.

Ninja Training
Musashi has exhibited no exceptional or special abilities except persistence, and an unnatural strength when her hair is threatened, even going so far as to fight a pokémon to its exhaustion over it. Still, at one time Musashi had trained as a ninja, and during her time apart from Kojiro, she assumed the name Tenjou Tsubame (Heaven Swallow), and completed her training.

Ghost Touch
She has been seen striking things that would otherwise be impossible to hit, including the Misdreavus that she captured in Eterna Forest. Whether this is some foreshadowing of future abilities that could awaken is entirely unknown.

Aside from the usual combat abilities she now possesses, Musashi has become more skilled as a pokémon coordinator, gaining more ribbons as time passes, not just on her merits, but also those of her pokémon. Her training methods for her pokémon have also changed substantially, the woman paying more attention to the strengths and weaknesses of her companions.

Everything looks good, but a few of the categories could streamlined.

Red:
Aura Telepathy probably has a typo in the category and should be Aura Telepathy.
Aura Tracking can probably fall under Aura Perception, since it's sensing other auras.


Ciel:
Category would be Mind Control, most likely, as it's in the power's name. xD


Nouhime
Her Poison ability would fall under Type: Elemental (Poison) in addition to Talent. And the Category could better be Knowledge (Alchemy/Aopthecary) and Status. Status because it's not based on a clear Pokémon attack, heh.

I assume Extra Skill and Devil Fang were her abilities from the game, for simplicity's sake on Oichi and Date, we listed them as Elemental (Poison), etc. because they don't fit in anywhere else. So to stay consistent, change those to Elemental (Poison) and categories Status (for Extra Skill) and Physical (for Devil Fang).


Musashi:
Ghost Touch can possibly fall under the Perception category, since it involves hitting things that are hard to see/touch.
